Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) After

Also known as brachioplasty, this procedure involves the removal of unwanted extra fat and skin from sagging arms.

Incisions are made, usually in a zigzag pattern, on the inner surface of the arm as well as under the arm. The removal of the skin usually follows a triangular or oval shape. The incision may run from the armpit to as far as the elbow. Once the excess skin and fat is excised, the remaining skin is stretched and sutured into place.

Recovery time: 1 to 2 weeks.
