Education

Dr. Tarshis received his degree in Medicine at the University of Toronto, and trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery and Otolaryngology at the University of Toronto and in Los Angeles at Cedars - Sinai medical centre — a UCLA affiliated teaching hospital known worldwide for its association with the entertainment industry — receiving his specialist certificate. Following further specialized training in cosmetic surgery, he commenced practice in Toronto, where he quickly became a recognized authority in his field.
Committed to continuing education and innovation, Dr. Tarshis regularly attends national and international symposia, where he participates in workshops with colleagues and other specialists in the field. This professional exchange of information ensures that the services offered by Dr. Tarshis are the most up-to-date techniques available worldwide.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and a board certified Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
