About Our Practice

The Landings Surgical Centre is a fully accredited, state-of-the-art extended care plastic surgery facility. Our centre, located at Bishop’s Landing on Lower Water Street in Halifax, offers individuals in the Maritime provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, as well as Newfoundland, exceptional plastic surgery services. Our facility consists of a fully-equipped operating theatre, a minor procedure room, and a 2-bed post-anesthetic care area with two minor surgical suites. Led by Dr. Boileau and Dr. Bendor-Samuel, we offer patients the opportunity to undergo elective surgical procedures not covered under their provincial health insurance plan, such as face lift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tuck surgery, and more. We also offer a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including injections and clinical skin care therapy.

About The Landings Surgical Centre

Dr. Louis Boileau is a cosmetic surgeon who brings over 25 years of clinical experience to The Landings Surgical Centre.

Education

Upon graduating with a Medical Degree from the University of Alberta, he completed a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through the University of British Columbia. He then traveled to Switzerland, where he trained in cosmetic surgery at one of the few key clinics involved in the study and introduction of liposuction to the medical community. Since then he has been a key contributor to the advancement of the science and art of cosmetic surgery, expert in all facets of this surgery.
