About Our Practice
- To maintain some of the highest levels of care, Dr. Oxley surrounds himself with some of the most experienced and skilled support staff in the field. With over twenty staff members, from Sandra, to the OR nurses, to anesthetists, each individual has both the qualifications and the experience to ensure you receive the care and attention you deserve.

About Dr. Paul Oxley
Education
- Dr. Oxley was raised in BC and moved to the Lower Mainland on 1990. He attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with honors standing. He continued on at UBC for Medical School where he was consistently in the top 10% of his class during those four years, and won many scholarships in that time.
- Dr. Oxley went on to complete his residency in Plastic Surgery at Vancouver General, UBC, St. Paul’s and B.C. Children's’ Hospitals. He trained under many different Plastic Surgeons, including Dr. Patty Clugston, Dr. Richard Warren, and Dr. Nick Carr. Dr. Oxley also spent time training internationally in London and Paris prior to starting his practice in Vancouver and the lower mainland.

- Dr. Oxley is a member of the BC Section of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
- He is also a member of the Canadian and BC Medical associations.
