With roots dating back to 2011 as Procrea Fertility in Vaughan and Newmarket, we transitioned to the Generation Fertility name in 2021 to better reflect our commitment to comprehensive care.

Education
- Dr. Tamara Abraham - M.D., MSc., FRCSC, GREI: Dr. Tamara Abraham obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from McMaster University and underwent her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at the University of Toronto. Subsequently, she pursued a Fellowship in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (GREI) at Mount Sinai Hospital under the University of Toronto. Master of Science (MSc) in Reproductive Physiology from Western University, where her research focused on preimplantation embryo gene expression.
- Dr. Judy Campanaro - M.D., F.R.C.S.(C): Dr. Judith Campanaro earned her medical degree from Queen's University School of Medicine in 1988, followed by the completion of her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Ottawa in 1993. Focusing on reproductive medicine, she established KARMA Fertility (now Generation Fertility, Waterloo) in 1999, pioneering the first full IVF lab in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
- Dr. David Gurau - M.D., FRCSC, GREI: Dr. Gurau obtained his medical degree (MD) in 2011 from the University of Western Ontario. Following this, he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto in 2016. Subsequently, he pursued a two-year fellowship in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (GREI) at McMaster University, which he completed in 2018. Dr. Gurau is recognized as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC). Recipient of the Dr. Francis S. Brien Clerkship Scholarship in Medicine and the Resident Award for Excellence in Clerkship Teaching.
- Dr. Michael Hartman - M.D., FRCSC, GREI: Dr. Michael Hartman earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at McMaster University. He subsequently completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial University of Newfoundland, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in the same field. Dr. Hartman further pursued specialized training through a Fellowship in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at McGill University, a renowned institution recognized for its expansive reproductive clinic in Canada at the time. Recipient of the CFAS Resident Award in 2011, and was selected to be the Chief Fellow at the McGill University Reproductive Centre.
