Over 16 years ago, Edelstein Cosmetic was established by Dr. Jerome Edelstein, a board-certified plastic surgeon, with the aim of helping both men and women enhance their appearance through a range of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic medical solutions. To realize his vision of delivering the highest standard of medical care and achieving the best results possible, Dr. Edelstein has collaborated with Dr. Jeffrey A. Fialkov, a craniofacial plastic surgeon. Together, they provide patients with safe and effective options in cosmetic surgical procedures, and non-surgical procedures including injectable treatments like Botox® and Fillers.
Education
- Dr. Jerome Edelstein : Following his surgical internship at the Toronto General Hospital, Dr. Edelstein embarked on a five-year Plastic Surgery training program at the University of Toronto. In 1997, he attained certification as a Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Edelstein's passion for aesthetic medicine led him to pursue further sub-specialty education in Cosmetic Surgery, training under the mentorship of one of the world's most esteemed Plastic Surgeons.
- Dr. Jeffrey Fialkov : Dr. Fialkov obtained his medical degree from the University of Toronto Medical School, where he graduated with honors. During his residency, he pursued further academic endeavors and earned a Master of Science degree from the Institute of Medical Science at the same university. Dr. Fialkov's academic achievements were recognized with the Irving Heward Cameron Scholarship in Surgery and the University of Toronto Medical Society Award. Dr. Fialkov has extensive subspecialty training in craniofacial Plastic Surgery with surgical skill that is of international acclaim.
- Dr. Christopher Hong : Dr. Hong earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from McMaster University before obtaining his MD degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Toronto, during which he pursued additional training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in various locations including New York City, Seoul, and Montreal. As a board-certified Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Christopher Hong focuses solely on cosmetic facial plastic surgery. His specialized expertise includes procedures such as rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facelifts, browlifts, ear pinning, chin reshaping, and lip lifting.
- Dr. Nayif Alnaif : Dr. Alnaif completed his residency in Plastic Surgery at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. Following that, he pursued an aesthetic surgery fellowship at North Texas Plastic Surgery in Dallas, Texas, and a breast microsurgery reconstruction fellowship at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in breast and body aesthetic surgery.
