Breast Augmentation

Enhances the size of breasts using inflatable implants filled with saline. The procedure usually takes from 1-2 hours and is performed under general anaesthesia. It is most commonly performed as an outpatient procedure.

Side effects can include temporary soreness and pain, swelling, bruising, and temporary altered sensation for several weeks. Side effects are dependent on individual circumstances. During your consultation this should be discussed with your surgeon. Non-strenuous activity can be resumed after 5 - 7 days and strenuous activity after 6 weeks.
